These conditions define the process of ordering, payment, delivery and complaint of products offered on our website. Product prices are expressed in kunas.

The buyer is obliged to make the payment within seven days of selecting the product. Otherwise, the offer will be automatically canceled and the Buyer will be notified to the e-mail address entered during registration.

In the event that the Buyer makes the payment on time and does not receive a notification to the e-mail address he entered during registration, he is obliged to notify the Seller within two days.

The buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered products with delivery costs by bank transfer or credit card. It is also possible to pay by cash on delivery to the courier service (for this service courier services charge a fee listed under point 2. Postage and shipping)

Delivery for all orders over HRK 250 purchased in Mala od lavande online store is free for the whole of Croatia.

Products purchased in the online store are delivered to courier services. The order will be delivered to the Buyer at the address specified by the Buyer at the time of purchase.

(1) re-pay the postage increased by ½ the amount of postage charged by the courier service to the Seller when returning the package in order for the Seller to re-deliver the order to him; or

(2) cancel the purchase, in which case the Seller will refund the funds paid less the amount of postage and ½ the amount of postage charged by the courier service to the Seller when returning the package and bank charges.

The ordered products are arranged in such a way that they cannot be damaged by the usual handling in transport. When taking over the product, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the products, and refuse to take over the delivered products on which external damage is visible.


The customer has the right to return the product in the following cases:

(1) delivery of products not ordered

(2) delivery of expired products

(3) delivery of a product that has a defect or damage

Upon receipt of the product, the verification of the correctness of the order depends on the Customer. Please compare the received products with the invoice, if something is missing, please notify your supplier immediately, because we do not accept complaint fees.

In case of impossibility to deliver another product, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for the value of the product that he is no longer able to deliver.

If the Buyer has a justified complaint about the delivered products, he is obliged to inform the Seller in writing and return the products in the condition in which they were delivered to him and in the original packaging, otherwise he loses the right to a refund.

The seller will refund or replace the product within thirty working days from the date of receipt of the returned product upon approved complaint.

In the event of a refund, the Seller will return to the Buyer only the amount paid for the sale, and not the additional costs (delivery, bank transfer of money, etc.) that arose from the sale.


In accordance with Art. 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to submit a written complaint at its business premises and to confirm its receipt in writing without delay.

The seller undertakes to fulfill the contract of sale without delay, and no later than 30 days from the date of the contract, provided that the process of product production, packaging and delivery begins when all products within the order are available, and no later than ten working days from receipt of payment.

If the Seller is unable to fulfill the contract within that period, it will notify the Buyer in writing without delay, and the Buyer may leave the Seller a subsequent deadline to fulfill the contract, select a replacement product or declare in writing to terminate the contract.


The Buyer may, without giving a reason, unilaterally terminate the contract, within 14 days from the day when the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not a carrier, the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over.

The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller about its decision to terminate the contract before the expiration of the term for unilateral termination, either through the form for unilateral termination of the contract or through any other unambiguous statement expressing its will to terminate the contract.

The effect of unilateral termination of the contract

In the event of termination of the contract, each party is obliged to return to the other what it received under the contract.

The Seller will refund the Buyer only after the goods are returned to him, ie, after the Buyer provides him with proof that he has sent the goods back to the Seller.

The Seller will refund the payment using the same means of payment used by the Buyer when paying unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another means of payment and assuming that the Buyer is not obliged to pay any additional costs for such refund.

The Buyer must return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying the Seller of its decision to terminate the contract.

The buyer must bear only the direct costs of returning the goods and is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

If the product is used, the Seller is not obliged to refund the funds paid. If the Customer has ordered a product that has been ordered exclusively for him, there is no possibility of returning the product, except in the case of a product complaint.

In the event that the Buyer orders the goods and refuses to receive them, the Seller has the right to demand from the Buyer reimbursement of postage and own handling costs.


An R-1 invoice is issued and sent by courier service along with the products. The customer is required to enter the necessary information when ordering.


Material defects of products will be resolved by the parties in accordance with the Law on Obligations.

The wheel of fortune allows the user to win one of the daily discounts. The discount code is printed on the website and comes to the e-mail that was entered during the game. The code can only be used by a user who is registered on the web shop with the email with which he played. If it is not already registered, the obtained code can be registered and used.

The system will not recognize the code if the user is not logged in with the e-mail address to which the code was sent at the time of entering the code.

The discount code is non-transferable and can only be used once by the user who received it.
