These terms define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and product claims offered on our website. The seller of the products is Angara d.o.o, Kasinski odvojak 20a, 10360 Sesvete, OIB 95745406877, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb under the registration number MBS 080797593 - share capital HRK 20,000.00 / €2,654.46 (fixed exchange rate 7.53450), represented by the director Ivan Franjic, and the buyer of the products is a visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, completes an electronic order form, and sends it to the seller.

After the order has been processed and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation that the order has been received by Mala od Lavande at the email address you registered as a buyer. The confirmation is generated automatically by the server and sent to the buyer at the time the order is confirmed.

If you do not receive this message, please check:

1. Whether the message is in your Junk/Spam folder.

2. Whether your mailbox is full.

3. Whether the items are in your cart after logging in to the Mala od Lavande website, and if so, repeat the ordering process.


The prices of products are expressed in Croatian kuna and euros.

The customer is obliged to make the payment within seven days from selecting the product. Otherwise, the offer will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be informed by email, which he/she entered during registration.

In case the customer makes the payment on time and does not receive a notification to the email address entered during registration, he/she is obliged to inform the seller within two days.

The customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products with delivery costs by bank transfer or credit card. It is also possible to pay cash on delivery to the courier service (for this service, courier services charge a fee as stated under point 2. Postage and dispatch).

You can pay for ordered products in the following ways:

After receiving the payment, we will send you the ordered products. The ordered products are delivered to the customer in accordance with the delivery conditions.

2. Cash on delivery upon product delivery by the courier

Payment upon delivery allows you to pay for the orders upon the delivery to the specified address, i.e., only when you see the product in front of you. Payment upon delivery is not possible for personal pickup of goods in our warehouse. Payment upon delivery is made exclusively in cash to the courier upon delivery to the specified address. In case the recipient is not able to receive the shipment at the defined delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice of the arrival of the shipment.

In case of failure to receive the package upon payment upon delivery, an invoice will be issued subsequently for the delivery cost.

All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. 4. Paypal account

Paypal payment is the fastest and most secure form of online payment.


The monetary obligation paid by the Customer through the payment service provider shall be deemed settled on the day when the payment service provider received the payment order from the customer and when that order became irrevocable in accordance with the provisions of the law governing payment transactions.

When paying into a foreign currency account, the Buyer is obliged to pay all costs (including the costs of the payment and destination bank) in which he pays the funds (the amount is not shown on the offer because it depends on the bank).

The cost of delivery is additionally charged in the price according to the price list published on the website of the Internet store.

The purchase contract is concluded at the time of receipt of payment.

5. KEKS pay -


Delivery for all orders above 34 EUR purchased on the Mala od lavande online store is free for the entire Croatia region.

Products purchased in the online store are delivered by courier services. The order will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer at the time of purchase.

The delivery fee is in accordance with the rules of courier services:

PICK & PACK d.o.o. - DPD - delivers throughout the Republic of Croatia.

The fee is 4€ for all types of payment except for cash on delivery, where an additional fee of 0.70€ is charged on top of the basic postage price. Shipping for orders above 34€ is free, except for cash on delivery, where only a 0.70€ fee is charged to the courier service for payment at the doorstep.

In case of non-receipt of the package for cash on delivery, an invoice will be issued later for the delivery cost.

PICK & PACK d.o.o. - international delivery.

The process of packaging and shipping the products begins once the payment becomes visible on the Angara d.o.o. bank account and on the customer's page on in the order of arrival. THE PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCTS FOR SHIPPING CAN TAKE UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!

Courier services deliver the products to an address within the Republic of Croatia within three to five BUSINESS days.

If the customer does not pick up their shipment and it is returned to the seller's address, the customer can:

(1) pay for the shipping again, increased by ½ of the shipping cost that the courier service charges the seller upon the return of the package, in order for the seller to deliver the order again; or

(2) cancel the purchase, in which case the seller will refund the paid amount reduced by the shipping cost and ½ of the shipping cost that the courier service charges the seller upon the return of the package, as well as bank fees.

The ordered products are packaged in a way that they cannot be damaged by usual handling during transport. The customer is obliged to check for any damages upon receiving the products and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the products, and refuse to accept the delivered products that have visible external damages.


"The buyer has the right to return the product in the following cases:

(1) delivery of products that were not ordered

(2) delivery of products that have expired

(3) delivery of products that have a defect or damage

Upon receipt of the product, the accuracy of the order depends on the buyer. Please compare the received products with the invoice, if something is missing, please immediately inform your delivery person as we do not accept compensation claims.

In the event that it is not possible to deliver another product, the Seller will compensate the Buyer for the value of the product that can no longer be delivered.

If the Buyer has a justified complaint about the delivered products, they are required to inform the Seller in writing and return the products in the condition in which they were delivered and in the original packaging, otherwise they lose the right to return.

The Seller will make a refund or exchange the product within thirty working days from the date of receipt of the returned product in case of approved complaint.

In case of a refund, the Seller will only return the paid amount of the sale item, not the additional costs (delivery, bank transfer, etc.) that arose from the sale."

We will provide a written response to your complaint no later than 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint or via e-mail.


The Seller undertakes to fulfill the sales contract without delay, and no later than 30 days from the day of concluding the contract, with the process of production, packaging, and delivery starting when all products within the order are available, and no later than ten working days from the receipt of payment.

If the Seller is unable to fulfill the contract within that period, they will inform the Buyer in writing without delay, and the Buyer may give the Seller an additional period to fulfill the contract, choose a replacement product, or declare in writing that they are terminating the contract.


The Buyer can unilaterally terminate the contract, without stating the reason, within 14 days from the day the goods that are the subject of the contract have been delivered to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not the carrier.

The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller of their decision to terminate the contract before the expiration of the unilateral termination period, by using the form for unilateral termination of the contract or by any other unambiguous statement expressing their intention to terminate the contract.

The Buyer must send the statement of contract termination electronically to the Seller's email address before the expiration of the contract termination period.

Effect of unilateral contract termination:

In the event of contract termination, each party is obliged to return to the other what it received under the contract.

The Seller will refund the Buyer only after the goods are returned to the Seller or after the Buyer provides evidence of having sent the goods back to the Seller.

The Seller will issue the refund using the same payment method the Buyer used unless the Buyer explicitly agrees to another payment method, and assuming that the Buyer is not required to pay any additional costs for such a refund.

The Buyer must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which they informed the Seller of their decision to terminate the contract.

The Buyer must bear only the direct costs of returning the goods and is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If the product has been used, the Seller is not obliged to refund the payment. If the Buyer has ordered a product that was ordered exclusively for them, there is no possibility of returning the product, except in the case of a product complaint.

In the event that the Buyer orders goods and refuses to accept them, the Seller has the right to request reimbursement of postal and its own handling costs from the Buyer.


An R-1 invoice is issued and sent with the products by a courier service. The buyer is responsible for providing the necessary information when placing an order.


Material defects of products will be resolved by the parties in accordance with the Law on Obligations.


All products on the Seller's website are natural and the expiration date of all products is stated on the product declaration.

The seller is not responsible for any skin reactions that may occur with the use of the product because there is no insight into the individual health conditions of customers.

All ingredients used in our products can be found on our website as well as their indications and contraindications, and if the Customer is not sure about the use of certain oils and preparations, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

The information on essential oils on the Seller's website is for informational purposes only and does not include all necessary precautions as well as their mode of action, possible interactions with other oils and the consequences of their use. The purpose of this information is not to give medical advice, prescribe therapy, make a diagnosis or instructions on the use of certain products.

The seller does not assume any responsibility for the use of information published on the website of the online store.


Privacy Policy describes how the Seller handles your personal information that it receives while using the Online Store. Personal data includes your identification data: name and surname, e-mail address, home address and telephone number, or data that are not otherwise publicly available, and which the Seller learns about during your use of the Internet store.

The Seller will keep your personal data confidential and will not distribute, publish, make it available to third parties for use or in any other way make it available to any third party without your prior consent. You can read more about the security of your data in "Data security"which we have improved and harmonized with the conditions set by the European Commission for implementation GDPR regulation (General Data Protection Regulation).


The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, and excludes its responsibility for the possible consequences of such changes and undertakes to notify all registered users via the e-mail address they entered during registration.


The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during registration. If there is any change in the information you entered during registration, you must immediately update your account to notify us of any changes.


On the website, loyalty points can be collected with each purchase.


1. The value of 1 loyalty point is 1€.

2. Points are valid for 90 days from the moment they are earned.

3. After 90 days, if points are not used, the system cancels them and they are no longer active and cannot be converted into a coupon.

4. Only registered users are eligible to participate in the rewards program and earn loyalty points.

5. The minimum basket amount to earn points with each order must be higher than 15€.

6. Every registered customer earns 5% of the value of their order back in the form of loyalty points, which they can use on their next purchase.

7. When you recommend our natural cosmetics to a new customer who registers on our website, both you and the new customer will receive 1 point worth 1€.

8. From each order placed by a new customer you recommended, you earn 2.5% of the value of their order in the form of loyalty points, which you can collect and use as a discount on your next purchase.

9. Points are non-transferable to other user accounts and are tied to the email address used for registration.

14. SPIN & WIN wheel of fortune

The wheel of fortune allows the user to win one of the daily discounts. The discount code is printed on the website and comes to the e-mail that was entered during the game. The code can only be used by a user who is registered on the web shop with the email with which he played. If it is not already registered, the obtained code can be registered and used.

The system will not recognize the code if the user is not logged in with the e-mail address to which the code was sent at the time of entering the code.

The discount code is non-transferable and can only be used once by the user who received it.


15.1 All product prices are retail. Product prices and delivery prices are expressed in HRK and include the corresponding VAT. For technical reasons, when choosing to pay with Paypal, prices are expressed in euros.

15.2 The process of entering the price on the website for each product is subject to control at several levels, but regardless of this, there is a possibility of error, since it is not an automatic entry. Such situations are extraordinary and the Seller apologizes to their customers in advance because they will be forced to inform them about the situation, the wrong price for a particular product, and the inability to deliver to a specific customer order.

15.3 Seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice as it is authorized without prior notice to change prices exclusively for Online Purchase.

15.4 The Seller is authorized at any time to determine the sale, daily or weekly promotional sales for an individual Product, a group of Products and / or for all Products.

15.5 Prices, payment terms and special offers are valid only at the time of ordering. In the case of promotional sales, we note that the sale of products that are on sale is limited. Buyers may be provided with a limited quantity of products, ie a quantity sufficient for the Buyer's home use.
